Please find papers pertinent to the CBPC Annual Audit 2022-23.
The Period of Public Rights (to Inspection) will run from Monday June 12 to Friday July 21, during which time a request to inspect the Annual Audit papers may be lodged with Nige Mayglothling (CBPC Parish Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer) by phone, email or in person via the usual contacts (as per this website). Wherever possible papers will be made available on the same day as the request is lodged.
The attached Making Provision paper outlines your rights, whilst the AGAR contains the Internal Auditors report and the Annual Governance, Audit and Certificate of Exemption papers. I have also listed those items of expenditure amounting to over £100; copies of the full-year transaction statements from the three CBPC bank accounts are also available to view on request. The reconciled end of year Bank Statements are as stated and certified in the Minutes of the CBPC meeting of 5 June 2023.
